Course Enrolment: Once you’ve completed the enrolment process, your spot in the class is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with all the course details.
Payment: Fees for courses must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other specified payment methods.
Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before the course starts to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins are not eligible for a refund. For ongoing tutoring, you may cancel at any time with 1 week’s notice.
