The assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the age of the student.
The McDuff English College can also provide an optional post-tuition assessment and report. This assessment complements the pre-tuition tests administered at the beginning of the program. They provide information on your child’s language development, including spelling and reading ages.

The sessions are one-to-one, usually with the same specialist. All students are required to complete one full semester initially. Some
may need to participate for longer and McDuff English College will provide recommendations about further enrolment if this is necessary. A fee for this will be charged based on each extra school term.

The MEC Writing program is a tailored program for students who may read well, but still find spelling and writing to be a challenge. This program
includes a spelling component with a targeted approach to teach the
rules, conventions, structure and logic of the English language.
